he general objective of my PhD position is to research across micro, meso and macro levels to explore the potential of co-design and co-creation in the development of innovative, dynamic, adaptive and personalised care ecosystems (the institutional arrangement of care) that will allow PwD and care constellations to live well through continued participation in economic, social and civic life. Investigate care decision-making within the margins between community and residential care, incorporating knowledge of key transition points along the continuum of care.
