BLOG – Interdem Academy Fellowships 2016 –2017 Joni Gilissen

We are happy to let you know that Joni Gillissen has successfully finished her research exchange of three months at the Radboud University Medical Centre under the guidance of Professor Myrra Vernooij-Dassen her team using the financial support of an INTERDEM Academy Fellowship. Joni is a Doctoral researcher working at the End-of-Life Care Research group (Vrije University Brussels and Ghent University) on a project about the development and evaluation of an advanced care planning programme in nursing homes.
