PACE-project

The PACE (PAlliative Care for Elderly) project is a EU funded (FP7) project which aims to map palliative care systems in care or nursing homes in Europe. In the project a large-scale representative study is performed to examine quality of dying in care or nursing homes in Europe, and studies the impact of the palliative care intervention ‘PACE Steps to Success’.
