INTERDEM Academy Masterclass “Raising the standard again: MRC Framework and Theory of Change”

Our fourth INTERDEM Academy Masterclass took place in Maastricht on the 11th of January 2017 under the theme of “Raising the standard again: MRC Framework and Theory of Change”. This Masterclass has been offered in collaboration with the Horizon2020 Innovative Training Network INDUCT and as part of the 1st INDUCT School: http://www.dementiainduct.eu.

The participants of this class consisted of 15 early-stage researchers from the INDUCT network as well as 8 INTERDEM Academy researchers from the Netherlands and Denmark. Topics covered within the seminars included the MRC Framework, piloting and process evaluations, as well as the Theory of Change. The speakers – Prof Rose-Marie Dröes, Dr Graham Moore, Prof Lieve van den Block, Dr Lara Pivodic, and Drs Joni Gilissen – offered a combination of formal learning through in-depth classroom lectures, interactive group work, as well as informal discussions about the participants’ own experiences. We would like to thank the INDUCT network, as well as the speakers and participants for such an inspirational course day.

“I would definitely recommend the Masterclasses offered by INDUCT / INTERDEM academy! This is the perfect opportunity to meet fellow researchers and experts, share your knowledge and experiences and to gain more insight into specific topics.”
