New manifesto INTERDEM to guide future (psychosocial) dementia research has now been published

A way to improve scientific knowledge about psychosocial interventions in dementia is to seek better understanding of the mechanisms underlying these interventions and to look for new avenues. The potential of social health is one novel approach where the social influence on the capacities of people with dementia and the limitations they experience is used to achieve new opportunities for support.
