Next Interdem Academy Masterclass

We are delighted to announce our fifth INTERDEM Academy 3-day Masterclass in collaboration with INDUCT (www.dementiainduct.eu).this time taking place at Kings Cross London, UK. Members of INTERDEM Academy will be very welcome to participate in this Masterclass from Wednesday the 15th of May until Friday the 17th of May 2019. This school provides you with a selection of topics related to dementia and a focus on skills and career development for late-stage PhD’s and early post-docs.

The aims of the INTERDEM Academy Masterclasses are twofold:

  • Firstly, we seek to broaden the scope of our early-stage researchers by enhancing their understanding of the complexities in research directed towards people with dementia and by applying this knowledge to reflect on their own research projects.
  • Secondly, we would like to provide our Academy researchers with the opportunity to get acquainted with their junior and senior colleagues within both the INTERDEM as well as the Academy networks, in order to set the basis for future collaborations across Europe.

Program

Please find here the program for the 3-day Masterclass. This Masterclass will provide you with a selection of topics related to career and skill development (green), methodology (blue) and dementia care (yellow). The program is still subject to minor changes – a more detailed course book including information on how to prepare will be circulated later.
