October 2015 evaluation

The Interdem Academy Summerchool ‘Build for CaRE: Building capacity for psychosocial research’ was held on the 24-28th of August 2015 in Maastricht, with 21 young European researchers attending. The Interdem Academy Summerschool has provided a unique opportunity to bring together young dementia researchers (PhD students and post-docs) from across Europe to understand the different stages of psychosocial intervention research, discuss the methodological issues involved in their own projects and get acquainted with each others’ expertise. The theme for the Summerschool was ‘Intervention Research and Methodology’. Each course day focused on a different phase of intervention research: Development, Piloting, Evaluation, Dissemination and Implementation.
